Rush orders met. People on the telephone when I need them. Simple, no BS emails with links to
pricing. Speaking of which, your pricing is VERY competitive and I probably send your products
out for quote about 98% of the time now because I know you can deliver.
If I had one request, its to get wood/bamboo USB drives. Right now I have to get them from
Taiwan . I have another web site called http://www.earthimprints.com that is getting a lot of hits on
those items right now.
During the holiday season I had to call 6 suppliers to try and find custom USBs. 4 of them never
returned phone calls or emails and the other two were obnoxious to deal with or had high prices
or ridiculous minimums. I also ordered USB pens and got them in 4 days from you in December.
NOBODY else could do that.
